Processing times have increased due to high demand and range anywhere from 5-14 business days for spell work without expediting.
After spell is completed, a full detailed email will be sent to you with proof of spell work and aftercare instructions.

For reading appointments, there is a 10 minute grace period for lateness. Cancellations that are made within a 24 hour timeframe of appointment are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. After completed appointments, refunds are no longer available.
